Mr. Richard Keith, Managing Director of
Promasidor (NIG.) Ltd and producers of cowbell milk and cowbell vita
rich chocolate drinks gave an insight on how and why his organization
continues to sponsor polo in Nigeria.
He maintained that apart from the expected maximum publicity benefits
corporate organizations derive from such world class
games like this organized by the Lagos polo club, he believes that
sponsorship of polo in Nigeria was a brilliant advertisement obligation
that must be fulfilled.
In his words "the primary motive of every company or organization
sponsoring events of this magnitude is brand promotion. However, our
involvement in polo goes beyond that, to us, as Polo is the game of
kings and the king of games, so our cowbell is the milk of kings and
king of other brands of milk in the sub Saharan African market.

resolve to identify with the game which is accepted world wide as the

one of the major sponsors of this most prestigious polo event that

He went ahead to commend the efforts of the organizers of the 2009 Lagos
international polo tourney, stating that it will remain one of the best
in the history of tournaments organized in recent times by Nigeria Polo
